Return Policy
Accessories returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund. The item must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging. A copy of the receipt must be presented at the time of return or a store credit will be issued.

Delivered & Installed Products: CP Fitness treadmills, ellipticals, home gyms, rowers, cycles and other products that have already been delivered and installed, will be assessed a 20% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of installation date. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEYOND 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

Special Orders: Special order items that are cancelled prior to delivery will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee that will automatically be deducted from the refund.

Refund Policy
Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original card. If you paid by cash in excess of $30.00 or by check a refund check will be mailed to you from our corporate office. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please refer to your Warranty for items that are damaged or defective.

Additional Services
As a full service retailer, CP Fitness offers additional services such as moving, disassembly, reassembly, product add-ons, comprehensive maintenance programs and repairs at pre-established prices on all of its fitness equipment. All services rendered are non-refundable and full payment is required before any service can be performed.
